Refunds

Classes are not refundable. Should you be unable to attend a booked class please let us know as soon as possible. If we have more than 48 hours notice we will endeavour to transfer your place to another session, depending on availability. Alternatively, you are welcome to gift your missed session to a friend. No transfers can be made within 48 hours of your booked class session.

Should we need to cancel a session, we will make every effort to let you know as soon as possible via our social media and also via email. In this case we would offer you an alternative session or a refund which would be agreed within 7 days of the cancellation.
 
Photography & media
Parents are welcome to take photos and videos of their child during our StoryBox sessions, and to share these on social media and with friends and family. However, please be respectful of other people and their children. We reserve the right to intervene should we feel any parent or carer is acting inappropriately. 
 
Occasionally we may wish to record or photograph segments of our classes for use in our advertising and on our social media pages. We would always inform you should this be our intention and give you opportunity to opt out of being included should you choose.
